Introverts and Prayer

  1. Thanks for this reflection, Colleen. That quiet, alone time with God is essential for all of us, and is very calming. The other day I was tense over some things, and after an hour of adoration, poof! The tension was gone.

  2. I too thank you for this reflection. Many years ago I found silence to be my favorite mode of prayer; however, I can at times still feel guilty …as though I’m not really praying. But an abiding sense of an accompanying, loving presence always beckons me back to silent prayer. Thanks again for affirming that yes, this too is prayer.
